breathing system for complete results of your workout or in practical life of
health & happiness, kindly go through this article explained and narrated
in layman easy language to understand
better, specially prepared for all you lovely ladies…
Breath is essential
to life. It is the first thing we do when we are born and the last thing we do
when we leave. In between that time, we take about half a billion breaths.
What we may not realize is that the mind, body, and breath are intimately
connected and can influence each other. Our breathing is influenced by our thoughts,
and our thoughts and physiology can be influenced by our breath.
Breath in-breath out simple right’ not so
fast. When it comes to exercise, the art of inhaling and exhaling may be a
little more complicated than we think. Should we breathe in through the nose
and out through the mouth? whether the goal is weight loss, figure control or total
fitness.
Yes I am sure many
of you doing exercise from the very long time possibly from 10 to 50 years or
more, if you are connecting with breath while doing exercise consciously then
the results could be very high, I give extreme importance to breathing
particularly during workout, just understanding when inhale and when to exhale
with guided breathing technique we often perform in our regular routine at AAyu
center.
