The Name: 'Rutuja'

The term "Rutuja" holds profound significance aligned with our objectives and endeavors. Etymologically, ‘Rutuja’ denotes the "Queen of seasons," deriving its roots from Sanskrit, an ancient Indian language. In the Gujarati vernacular, menstruation is referred to as ‘Rutu Strav,’ with a woman undergoing her monthly cycle identified as ‘Rajaswala.’

This inherent cycle carries immense significance, symbolizing the progression of familial, communal, and societal continuity. Motherhood, as a hallmark of women, bestows upon them a unique distinction as life-givers, elevating their status to a pedestal surpassing parity and assuming a position of greater prominence than men.

Vision

Our vision is to extend our reach to women across diverse spheres of existence, effectuating metamorphic shifts in their lives that span from nuanced transitions to profound transformations.

Acknowledging the prevalent challenges women encounter concerning self-image, self-esteem, and self-affirmation, we, at RUTUJA, discern that countless of life's tribulations harbor deep-seated psychological and physiological underpinnings rooted in the psyche.

Through enlightenment endeavors, particularly targeting women, on the potent influence of the psyche and furnishing them with remedial resources, we envision catalyzing a paradigm shift in their lives, rendering them beneficiaries of constructive change not only in their own lives but also in the lives of those around them.

Objective:

In contemporary society, there often exists a disposition of sympathy towards women, yet a genuine comprehension of their lived experiences remains largely circumscribed.
Women often encounter a deficiency in holistic understanding concerning the nuances of their physical and mental domains. It is unwise to assume that women do not require guidance to augment their overall quality of life and well-being.
